To ensure integrated quality assurance across all stages in all production processes “from stable to table”, SIMON-Fleisch therefore has a consistent HACCP concept and various quality assurance systems certified to the highest national and international standards, such as QS Quality and Safety and IFS, among others.
In order to be able to guarantee our quality promise to you at all stages of production, SIMON-Fleisch operates an in-house quality assurance department. This department ensures seamless monitoring and documentation of all production processes, thus guaranteeing you flawless, high-quality food.
